Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help! Please read our return policies below:

Returns will only be accepted if the items are unused, unwashed, and unworn. The items must be in their original packaging with their tags intact.

Online Return Policy:

The customer is responsible for the return label fee.

All items must be shipped back or returned within 10 days of receiving, for a FULL REFUND (as defined when our carrier delivers the merchandise to your address) less shipping.

Items returned between 11- 15 days from receiving will receive a store credit less shipping.

After 15 days all sales are final.


Cancelation Policy:

Please be sure to review your order PRIOR to check out. Once an order is placed, it is often hard to cancel prior to shipment, as we try to ship out orders as soon as possible. If a cancellation is possible prior to shipment, we will be happy to accommodate you, subject to the fees listed above. Our emails are not monitored 24/7 and we may not see an email requesting cancellation prior to shipment.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders; especially if items are no longer available or if the order is deemed fraudulent.
In the event an item is out of stock due to a system error, you will be completely refunded for the item. We apologize if there is any inconvenience caused.
If you have any issues with your garment, please contact the company directly. They are responsible for the quality of their merchandise
All sale items are final sale and may not be returned.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after the delivery is confirmed per the postal system.
